The Scandinavian Health Center is a modern multidisciplinary medical center that provides diagnostic services and therapeutic procedures in a wide range of areas of medical activity.
At the moment, the object is undergoing reconstruction, suggesting an increase in the area of the existing medical center by erecting an extension to the existing building in the form of a 4-storey building with a basement and an additional technical floor. As well as redevelopment of certain areas of the existing building with a partial change in its load-bearing and enclosing structures, an increase in the number of storeys of the existing building by means of a superstructure of technical rooms and a change in its facades. The attached unit will be designed to accommodate a medical center with a planned capacity of 300 visits per shift.
STI is a general contractor at this facility and performs a full range of turnkey construction projects, such as:
– preparation of design documentation for the stage of taxiway (working documentation);
– a complex of construction and installation works, including general construction, special construction, installation, electrical and finishing works;
– supply, installation and commissioning of engineering equipment.
