Near the hotel complex in Patriot Park there is a heated pavilion with an indoor ice skating rink, which has a wardrobe, locker rooms, a gym, storage rooms, a rental office, a choreography hall, a kitchen, a buffet, a medical center, office and technical premises.

STI in the pavilion performed a full range of works:
• installation of all engineering systems;
• work on power supply and low-current systems: security system, fire safety system, automation and dispatching, communication networks;
• draft and finishing finishing works;
• installation of doors, lifting gates and stained-glass windows;
• installation of sanitary equipment;
• installation of office, kitchen, medical furniture and sports equipment;
• work on ice rink technology: ice rink construction, refrigeration, ventilation, heating and dehumidification systems for the ice arena premises, filtration (water treatment) and hot water storage system for the ice harvester, ice freezing, marking and painting of ice, including a set of ice chemicals modifiers, a sports lighting system and sound alerts.

The STI team successfully completed all the work and handed over the facility ahead of schedule!
