A cozy hotel complex has grown in the Skopinsky district, created specifically for employees of a plant for the production of plasma-based medicines. The initiator of the project is Octapharma Pharmimex LLC.
The STI company built a hotel with 20 rooms and 72 comfortable cottages on the territory of the complex, and also equipped recreation areas for a pleasant pastime and outdoor sports.
The project included a restaurant, a spa center with a swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, a children’s play area, parking and other amenities. The total area of the complex is 8.5 hectares.
We, the STI company, acted as the general contractor for the construction. We were involved in project development, construction, finishing and electrical installation work, landscaping, landscape design and commissioning of the facility.
The choice of our team as the general contractor for such an important project once again confirmed the high level of professionalism and reliability of our company.
