At the entrance to the industrial park “Patriot” in the city of Kubinka, construction of a hotel complex has begun. The architectural and urban planning ensemble will include: a building of a hotel complex, a multifunctional conference hall with a transforming stage, a parking lot, a fitness center with an indoor ice rink, an ice arena building, villas, a bath and restaurant complex, a spa area, and a congress tent. The total area will be 10 hectares.

STI is the general contractor at the facility and performs a full range of construction and installation, finishing, electrical installation, commissioning, installation of on-site networks, as well as work on integrated landscaping with landscape design, including an artificial reservoir and small architectural forms.
