The deluxe residential complex “Life on Plyushchikha” was built in the historical center, near the embankment of the Moscow River and the Maiden Field, on the territory of one of the most picturesque and respectable areas of Moscow – Khamovniki. The house is surrounded by parks, squares and historic mansions, within walking distance of Mandelstam Park and the reservoirs of the Novodevichy Convent.
“Life on Plyushchikha” is the first residential building in Russia to receive the gold certificate of the international environmental assessment system LEED. The building provides energy-efficient lighting and automatic heat control, as well as systems for fine filtering of water and air.
The house is decorated in a neoclassical style, the facade and halls are decorated with marble, decorated with bas-reliefs and mirror panels. But its main feature is luxury apartments with high ceilings, bay windows and panoramic windows.
STI in the apartments of the house completed a full range of mechanical, general construction, finishing and electrical work. Finishing is done according to author’s design projects. Everything is thought out here for exceptional comfort – expensive finishes, luxury kitchens with built-in appliances of luxury brands, premium plumbing from leading manufacturers.
