At the entrance to the industrial park “Patriot” in the city of Kubinka, it is planned to build a hotel complex.
The architectural and urban planning ensemble will include: the building of a hotel complex, a multifunctional conference hall with a transforming stage, a parking lot, a fitness center with an indoor ice rink, an ice arena building, villas, a bath and restaurant complex, a spa area, and a congress tent. The total area will be 10 hectare.
