A family recreation center will be built in the Zavidovo special economic zone of the tourist and recreational type on the banks of the Ivankovsky reservoir (Tver region). Which will include: a whole complex of several hotels, a yacht club, landscaped beaches, ski slopes and parks, pools with water slides and a tropical forest.
The construction of a 4* hotel with 300 rooms has already begun on the territory of the resort near the water zone. The total area is 35,501 m2.
STI acts as a contractor at the facility and performs a full range of construction and installation works.
