“Luzhki”is a unique place for a good rest from the bustle of the city. Despite the vast territory of 100 hectares of land, there are practically no cars here, because most of the country club is designed for walking, in which you can breathe fresh air. In the rest house “Luzhki” everyone will find something to their liking.
The club includes hotel apartments of various types, a first-class ice arena and a ski complex, sports buildings, in which a full range of premium fitness and wellness services, a children’s leisure center, cozy restaurants where you can spend time and enjoy meals.
STI took an active part in the development of the infrastructure of the country club, as well as in the reconstruction of already constructed buildings.
STI has completed the work on the decoration of interiors and facades of buildings, as well as the decoration of the premises of the sports complex (swimming pool, sauna, hammam, gyms, bar, etc.).
