STI company took part in the federal competition “RELIABLE BUILDER OF RUSSIA”. The time has come for summing up the results – the organizing committee of the largest construction championship of the country has determined the winners in 20 nominations.
Experts of the annual federal competition “Reliable Builder of Russia” have carefully selected the contestants – construction organizations in Russian cities. All companies that met the strict selection criteria were considered according to ten criteria of a specially developed 100-point system – the supervisory board of the championship is represented by more than 40 specialists from industry public associations and regional authorities.
Experts from the Russian regions of the country visited and evaluated in 20 areas of construction new residential buildings, commercial facilities and industrial buildings, reconstruction and major repairs, projects for the construction of utilities, landscaping of courtyards, parks and adjoining territories.
Based on the results of the competition, an annual rating of the most reliable construction companies in the country is formed!
STI was awarded a 1st degree diploma and took points in the following nominations:
• 92.8 points – “Reconstruction of buildings, structures and historical objects” — MFC «GES-2», , technological equipment;
• 90.3 points – “Construction of engineering systems and networks” – complex of apartments of the MFC “Federation, Tower Vostok”, internal engineering networks;
• 89.2 points – “Reconstruction of buildings, structures and historical sites” – Scandinavian Health Center, general contractor;
• 88.5 points – “Construction of premium-class apartment buildings” – — Brodsky club house, finishing works;
• 87.9 points – “Reconstruction of buildings, structures and historical sites” – Patriarch’s pedestrian bridge, general contractor.
