We are proud to announce that a new four-star hotel, “Erbelia by Vasta,” with 300 rooms, has opened in the Zavidovo resort town of Tver Oblast.
This is an important facility within the framework of the national project “Tourism and the Hospitality Industry”, and our team acted as the general contractor there, having implemented a significant amount of work. We have provided a full cycle of construction: from the foundation to the finishing, including engineering systems, internal and external communications, as well as comprehensive landscaping. The hotel provides modern recreation areas — a spa center with two pools, interesting conference spaces, a restaurant, gyms and meeting rooms. Thanks to our work, Erbelia from Vasta has become a new point of attraction in Central Russia — a space where design, comfort and high standards of hospitality combine with natural beauty.
This project is another confirmation that our company does not just build, but creates architectural masterpieces that can inspire and change the landscape of tourism.
