Scandinavian Health Center, located in the Lefortovo region, Southeast Administrative District of Moscow. This is a modern multidisciplinary medical center that provides diagnostic services and therapeutic procedures of a wide range, helping more than 50 thousand patients a year to solve health problems.
STI is a general contractor at the facility and performs a full range of design, construction, mechanical, electrical and finishing works. The reconstruction of the facility involves 2 stages: the construction of a modern block A – an adult clinic with 650 visits per day, and a complete modernization of the existing block B – a children’s clinic with an increase in planned attendance of 330 patients per day.
STI has already begun construction of a new block A, a 4-storey building with a basement and an additional technical floor. Currently STI performs the following types of work:
Block A: device for sheet piling of the pit and other earthwork.
Block B: dismantling of the extension to the building – stairs at the entrance to the gallery, facade pylons, facade elements in the adjoining zone and dismantling of the facade cladding.
