Construction of the tallest hotel in Siberia
In the area of the Opera and Ballet Theater, construction has begun on an impressive Hotel complex consisting of 18 floors. It will not only become a place for a comfortable stay for guests, but also a unique architectural landmark of the entire Kuzbass.
The modern hotel complex under construction will attract not only tourists, but will also be an important element in the development of the city, creating new jobs and contributing to the development of the tourism industry.
At the construction site of the Hotel Complex, Stroy Techno Engineering LLC is the General Contractor, performing the entire scope (complex) of preparatory, construction, installation, commissioning and other work.
The total area of the facility under construction will be approximately 19.4 thousand square meters, which will be divided into three parts intended for specific purposes, namely:
– on the first and second floors it is planned to accommodate a restaurant, lobby area, service areas, parking, bank and conference area, which will ensure a comfortable stay for guests
– there will be a spa and fitness area where guests can relax and maintain their physical fitness.
The planned number of rooms of the Hotel complex will be 239 rooms, 18 of which are superior rooms, and 1 – presidential.
The hotel complex’s room capacity will accommodate all categories of guests and satisfy their needs.
The new facility is being built taking into account modern technologies, quality standards and design, which will create a pleasant atmosphere for guests to live and relax.
