The Attraction territory is a year-round multifunctional park space with a complex of buildings with a total area of about 100,000 sq.m.

STI will perform a full range of works inside the Foodmall building located in the park. The complex of works will include engineering and finishing works, as well as the laying of communications.

Foodmall will be located in a two-story building. The total area of the space is more than 2000 m2, it will allow you to simultaneously receive up to 300 guests. According to the concept, the second floor will house 10 corners and market stalls.

Magnitogorsk is the first regional non-millionaire city that decided to implement the concept of a food mall, which is so popular today in Moscow and the world. This project is important not only for Magnitogorsk, but for the entire region, first of all, the territory of the “Attraction” project has great potential to become a new tourist attraction at the regional level, at the same time, being another positive experience in the formation of a modern urban environment.
