Domnikov is one of the largest A-class business centers in Moscow, located in the Krasnoselsky District of the Central Administrative District of Moscow. The building was built in the form of “Stalin’s skyscraper”, which is one of the visiting cards of the capital.
The architecture of the business center is a modern business style. Guests and residents inside can move around comfortably with 26 high-speed and 8 panoramic elevators. The business center is protected by a sprinkler fire extinguishing system and has its own automated heating, ventilation and air conditioning system.
There is a parking lot that holds 1090 cars. It is located in a 5-story underground part of the building, construction was carried out using sophisticated technology “from the upper floor to the lower.” This system of underground expansion of the building was carried out by highly professional designers and builders with jewelry accuracy. The STI team completed the full range of finishing work at the facility.
