The contest “The Best Implemented Project in the Field of Construction” is a unique competition in the construction industry, the purpose of which is to select the best objects built in Moscow in the past year. Traditionally, on the eve of the professional holiday, Builder’s Day, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin presented awards to the winners of the competition.
We took part in the implementation of three winning projects:
- “The best implemented project for the construction of cultural and educational purposes”: according to the citywide vote – the House of Culture “GES-2”. Our company performed finishing works and a full range of construction and installation works for HVAC and VC systems, including electrical installation and commissioning.
- “The best implemented project for the construction of high-comfort apartment buildings”:
- Residential complex Sadovye quarters
- By citywide vote – Brodsky House
We were the general contractor for the fit-out finishing of all apartments and common areas.
In total, 107 projects were admitted to the competition in 12 categories, put into operation in 2021. During the open citywide voting, 1,667,000 votes from Muscovites were collected.
